We have been involved in the micrographics and imaging arena for over 25 years through various channels and partners. We have been marketing Zeutschel products on behalf of Best Tec since 2010

From 1991 Best-Tec were responsible for the service of a wide range of microfilm based systems both for service bureaus and major corporate clients. Building on the extensive experience of our service staff. Best Tec were appointed sole distribution for Zeutschel GMBH for UK and Ireland.

This business entity has now transferred to Zeutschel UK Ltd in 2014

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletters we collect your name and email address. We may also collect personal information including your address and telephone number, and scanning preferences which is collected by completing a paper form when we meet you at trade-shows. We explicitly ask for your consent, to ensure that you are happy to hear from us from time to time.

Why do we collect your information?

We collect the information for a couple of reasons: to keep you informed of things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We do not rent or sell our email lists to any other individuals, organisations or businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters and promotional emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email communication. How do we store your information?

Your information is stored electronically within our email provider’s database, as described above. Any paper forms containing your personal contact information are securely destroyed within 7 days of being submitted electronically, our backup data is password protected and stored securely using Microsoft cloud technology.
